You sign in with Google OAuth. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
The App is intended exclusively for individual classroom teachers using it for the benefit of their own classrooms and their own students. Any other use is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:
If we determine, at our sole discretion, that an account is being used for any purpose other than an individual teacher's own classroom, we may suspend or permanently delete the account without notice or warning.
You retain ownership of content you create (classes, objectives, schedules, slides, reports). By submitting content you grant us a limited license to display and operate it within the App. Don't upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content. You're responsible for keeping your own backups of important data.
Each account has a public teacher URL where your classes, objectives, and schedules are visible to anyone on the internet and may be indexed by search engines. Use your professional judgement and don't include student-identifiable data. We do not verify what you publish; you are responsible for compliance with your school's policies and applicable privacy laws (e.g., FERPA).
What we collect:
We do not collect student-identifiable data. We do not sell your data. We share only with trusted vendors (such as hosting) or when required by law. Data is encrypted in transit and stored on secure servers; no method is 100% secure.
By creating an account, you agree to receive emails from us related to your account, this service, product updates, news, offers for related products we make, and occasional promotional messages. We do not sell your email address to third parties. To stop receiving messages from us, delete your account (see Section 7).
To delete your account and associated data, email [email protected] from the address tied to your account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. There is no in-app deletion form — email is the only path.
The App is provided to you free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. You use the App entirely at your own risk. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages of any kind — including data loss, service interruptions, lost profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — arising from or related to your use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Texas; no jury trials or class actions, except as required by applicable law.
